Job Description

The ARAMARK Workplace Experience Group (WXG) Technology Team is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our Project Management Office. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the full lifecycle of assigned technology experience domains. You will work closely with IT departments from various lines of business and the WXG Business teams to gather, analyze, and document project requirements. Your efforts will help shape and develop technology solutions that drive business success.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine Operational Objectives:?Collaborate closely with stakeholders to study and understand business processes, helping to define and achieve operational goals.
• Lead Requirements Evaluation:?Take the lead in evaluating business requirements and crafting future state requirements that align with business objectives.
• Analyze and Improve Processes:?Identify and analyze areas for business process improvements and assist with implementing effective change management practices.
• Drive Gap Analysis and Solutions:?Lead efforts in gap identification, prioritization, and solution design after gathering business requirements and conducting initial system configurations and walkthroughs with key business members.
• Collaborate on System Enhancements:?Work closely with development teams to plan, build, and release system enhancements that meet business needs and drive success.

• ??Educational Background:?Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent degree or work experience.
• Professional Experience:?At least eight years of relevant technology experience, including working on large, complex technology programs.
• Attention to Detail:?Strong methodical skills with a keen eye for detail and process requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:?Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations.
• Requirements Gathering:?Strong skills in requirements elicitation and modeling, with experience in requirements management.
• Liaison Skills:?Ability to effectively work as a liaison between the business community and technical team.
• Agile Learning:?Agile learner with familiarity with Agile Software processes being a plus.
