Job Description
The In2Work Reentry Coordinator will positively impact the success of the I2W graduates by connecting them with the right employment and education opportunities as they return home, partner with the ADCRR reentry team to properly support the graduates of the program, and assist to identify community resources.
Job Responsibilities

- Partner with IN2WORK Program Manager to support the I2W program in ADCRR (10 locations, running 3 classes per year.)
- Partner with the IN2WORK Manager to keep an accurate list of graduates from each location that are reentering.
- Align with the ADCRR Reentry team to meet the ADCRR team reentry mission and goals.
- Focusing on hiring the graduates at Aramark post release.
- Community liaison, identify and engage with other fair chance employers in AZ.
- Track the graduates of the program and work to follow up on a month-to-month basis.

Qualifications
? Experience managing multiple projects and coordinate with others.
? Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or a Related Field Required
? Ability to use multiple problem-solving tools and techniques in order to anticipate and resolve issues fast.
? Ability to perform sophisticated analytical studies and draw sound conclusions.
? Capability of working independently with supervision.
