Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Administrative support worker to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources or a similar field, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and interviews.
- Provide support in organizing employee engagement activities, job fairs, and orientation.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with HR leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with company goals.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices, proactively learning new systems and tools.
- Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

Qualifications
? Prior administrative experience preferred
? The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
? Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
? Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
? Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
Work Environment
- University of Louisville campus with multiple locations.
- The HR admin will likely spend a significant portion of their day walking between various dining facilities.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Associates preferred
