Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Program Manager to join the global compliance team to manage and implement key aspects of our compliance program. The position reports to the VP, Compliance and is based in Philadelphia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Education and Awareness: Develop, update, and maintain policies, training modules, communications, job aids and other field enablers. Collaborate with business units and functional stakeholders to implement and disseminate. Align training and communications content with best practices, incorporating creativity and our hospitality culture where possible.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Develop and enhance compliance reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of Aramark?s compliance program, identify emerging risks, and provide actionable insights in collaboration with functional teams. Assist in the preparation of materials for presentation to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Risk Assessment: Coordinate and manage risk assessment activities, including quarterly Compliance Council meetings and agenda.
  • Program Management: Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation of compliance program activities. Manage process for providing updated and accurate program information for use in external assets and responses to third-party inquiries. Identify opportunities to automate and simplify compliance-related processes using technology. Supervise benchmarking and other third-party engagements.
  • Field Engagement: Build and maintain connectivity to our operators to ensure that our compliance programs are informed by field insights and feedback. Lead impactful projects and support initiatives as assigned. Participate in culture-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: BA or BS required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of project management or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Data analytics skills a plus.
  • Characteristics: Thrives on creating and maintaining structure and process. Collaborative, responsive, and acts with a sense of purpose and urgency. Must be adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Inquisitive and an enthusiastic learner.
