Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Dietitian II to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Dietitian II will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plans
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic patient care
- Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition support, including tube feedings and intravenous nutrition therapy
- Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations
- Stay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
