Job Description

Aramark is currently seeking a Business Analyst to support PNC Park, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates! The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the field with oversight and leadership in driving growth through retention and vertical growth targeting. The role will also produce all sales reports and act as system administrator for key growth enablement programs and maintain the Global Sales Team budget. This position will focus on data integrity, best practices, and ongoing compliance with internal and external controls. Work situations vary and require development, analysis, interpretation of data to support the implementation of policies, practices and procedures.

  • Produce and distribute Weekly Sales Update to Enterprise Leaders, detailing each week?s won/lost/pending/pipeline activity
  • Maintain the master database of all won/lost activity for all ARAMARK BU?s and countries. This requires significant field coordination, updating currency translation and a keen eye to monitor, identify and correct inconsistent field reporting
  • Research, prepare and present written and oral reports
  • Periodically conduct ad hoc research and develop and present reports to communicate insights and implications from Sales Reporting analysis to assist in the development of growth acceleration strategies
  • Oversee communication and implementation of field sales reporting processes, definitions and behaviors to ensure consistent reporting practices
  • Develop and conduct training for in-house growth enablement systems
  • Maintain security model for user communities of key sales enablement systems
  • Field support calls, supply troubleshooting guidance and log support tickets to address technical issues
  • Monthly tracking and projection of all Global Sales expenses to assure we are on track to improve the company?s investment without going over budget. Ensure that activities are on strategy and within budget

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2-4 years of progressive responsibility in sales analysis or accounting & reporting
  • Prior experience with sophisticated financial computer applications required (e.g. Microsoft Office, Oracle, or other general ledger)
  • Must be able to communicate findings, analysis, implications and recommendation to varied stakeholder audiences
  • Ability to work independently but collaboratively within the Global Sales team and other enterprise functional areas
  • Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, both analytical and conceptual
