B2B Director of Marketing and Communications
The Director of B2B Marketing and Communications will lead the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive Aramark?s brand positioning within the Collegiate Hospitality sector. This director-level role focuses on managing high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to generate leads, build brand awareness, and enhance the company?s market leadership.
Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, and the VP of Marketing and Communications this role will manage the end-to-end marketing campaign development, oversee content creation, and leverage data-driven insights to shape strategic messaging that resonates with key B2B audiences. This role is pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership:
- Oversee the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, focusing on brand visibility, client engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure campaigns support the company?s growth strategy and reinforce its positioning in the collegiate market.
- Use market insights and competitive analysis to create compelling marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
Content and Messaging Development:
- Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content, including white papers, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and social media campaigns.
- Ensure content is consistent with the brand?s voice and resonates with key decision-makers across target audiences.
- Manage external agency relationships to ensure seamless production of marketing materials for digital, print, and live events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including growth, corporate communications, and operations, to align messaging and marketing initiatives with the broader business strategy.
- Support sales teams by creating targeted marketing assets and campaigns that enable client acquisition and retention.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure a unified and integrated approach to marketing efforts.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Use data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and continuously optimize based on performance.
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to drive insights and refine targeting strategies.
- Track and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and personal development objectives.
- Drive team performance to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the service sector, with a focus on marketing strategy and campaign execution.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale marketing projects.
- Expertise in marketing technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated capabilities development of brand assets including a brand kit of parts and content creation for efficient use of financial and other resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.

COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
