This management role oversees event-day operations of the cash room and auditing process. In this role, you will oversee the matching of product sales to product usage, tracking of cashier variances and event sales report preparation. This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $22.75, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Position Type
Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervision of post-event cash handling, documenting any discrepancies or variances in cash to sales.
- Supervision of organization of the event stand folders with paperwork necessary to document product transfers, product spoilage, employee meals, inventory stand sheets and any required paperwork.
- Adherence to all cash handling policies and controls including pre and post counts.
- Auditing inventory counts, by ensuring accurate entry of starting and ending counts for all stands, coordinating recounts for inventory discrepancies as needed.
- Communicates closely with all departments, particularly F & B and Warehouse to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Previous inventory experience preferred.
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work within a team environment.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
