The Assistant Front Desk Manager at Aramark's NCED Conference Center and Hotel will be responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the front desk operations. This includes ensuring the highest level of customer service for guests, managing and training front desk staff, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, and resolving guest issues and complaints.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Front Desk Manager in managing all aspects of the front desk operations at Aramark's NCED Conference Center and Hotel, including guest check-in/out, room assignments, and billing.

Ensure the highest level of customer service for guests, including prompt response to guest requests and complaints.

Train and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling and performance management.

Coordinate with other departments at the NCED Conference Center and Hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for the front desk operations, including guest information, room assignments, and billing.

Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the front desk operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk management role in the hospitality industry, with specific experience in hotel or lodging management preferred.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.

Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to address challenges.

Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices, including health and safety regulations, customer service, and front desk operations standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
