This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $22.75, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Position Type
Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.
Job Responsibilities
- This role is event based and begins 1-2 hours before doors, and ends 1 hour after alcohol cut
- Trains staff on our alcohol policy and ensures it is being followed throughout the duration of the event
- Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to pre-event check lists, signed alcohol policies, alcohol incident forms, and witness reports
- Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions
- TEAM/ TIPS Alcohol certification (Required) ? applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
