Job Responsibilities

- Set up and maintain the action station, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
- Skillfully cook, carve, saute and serve high-quality food to guests, showcasing technique and artistry.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, providing information about the meats and menu options.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and availability of food items.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking usage.
- Follow all sanitation and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications
? Experience as a cook or in a related role required
? Validated knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations such as accurate food handling, sanitation, and storage
? Must be able to acquire food safety certification
? Demonstrate basic math and counting skills
? Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong cooking & knife skills and knowledge of various meat cuts and cooking techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
