Summary: As an Accounts Payable Admin, you'll play a crucial role in our finance team by processing a high volume of vendor invoices and ensuring proper 3-way match. You'll also reconcile the Accounts Payable ledger, assist in the month-end accrual process, and manage vendor administration and Customer Service.

Job Responsibilities
- Create new vendor accounts.
- Code invoices accurately.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable to EDD.
- Process Account Payables and handles AP Accruals.
- Manage Accounts Payable and pay bills in GFF.
- Reconcile AP to Purchase Orders (3-Way Match: Price and Quantity).
- Maintain vendor records, handle supplier statements, and communicate with vendors.
- Reconcile and submit P-Card/Petty Cash.
- Manage sub-contractor billing (milk, water, fruit, etc.).
- Handle TJV (intercompany transfer of inventory).
- Call customers for orders. Filing Vendor Invoices & Statements.
- Take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team and Market Center.
- Manage the case queue in Salesforce, creating and closing cases as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required: Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent administrative skills. Team Player willing to work.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
