Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Critical thinker with an aptitude toward curiosity & problem solving, with a drive to learn to obtain the abilities to be multi-faceted.
  • Proven experience in accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting. QuickBooks Knowledge a Plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a Multitude of other software across the line of business.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor?s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or operations coordination.
  • This position will play a critical role in ensuring that financial and operational tasks are completed efficiently, providing crucial support to the business?s day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a multifaceted role and enjoy a dynamic work environment, we would love to hear from you!
