As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead and support marketing initiatives for product launches, ongoing campaigns, sales promotions, and sample management. You will collaborate with various teams across the company to deliver impactful marketing strategies and executions, ensuring a seamless alignment between internal and external partners. Responsible to drive product value proposition design working closely with product development/planning, pricing, positioning, and business/revenue strategy for a product(s).

 

 

Key projects:

  • This role will primarily support the third-party space within the Design for our program. The responsibilities include 1) Supporting OEM partners with marketing efforts for their products 2) Managing go-to-market planning and activations 3) Drafting presentations and reports on the performance of past campaigns and product launches 4) Synthesizing and providing insights from received information and data 5) Assisting with sample management and shipping for marketing campaigns

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:

  • The role will consist of 30% of meetings, 20-30% managing partner communications for the Design for our program and internal team emails.
  • 50-60% working on various projects, ensuring clarity on priorities and tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Calendar Development: Build, manage, and execute the marketing calendar in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demand Generation: Drive interest and sales through strategic marketing during key  public relations and product beats.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work with licensed partners to develop communication pipelines, coordinate marketing activities, and procure key assets (e.g., messaging, renders, and marketing materials).
  • Channel Marketing Execution:
    • Develop and execute campaigns across owned channels, including our website, social media, CRM, and more.
    • Submit, track, and manage reviews of marketing assets and formal requests.
  • Dash Ads Management: Ensure up-to-date and impactful advertisements across our platforms.
  • Merchandising Collaboration: Partner with the merchandising team to align marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Samples and Logistics Management:
    • Manage 1P and 3P accessory samples, including placement, tracking, distribution, and logistics support.
    • Facilitate sample orders to support business and partner needs.
  • Event Management Partnership: Collaborate with events teams to ensure representation and support for our Accessories.
  • Asset Management:
    • Track, collect, organize, and distribute product marketing assets, including retail toolkits and channel campaigns.
    • Support global and regional marketing teams with communication and asset sharing
  • Approval Management: Oversee internal and external approval processes for all marketing materials.
    • US Placement and Reporting: Assist with US-owned and operated (O&O) placement logistics and compile quarterly reports on marketing performance.
    • 1P and 3P Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of GTM strategies and ongoing campaigns for the  Accessories portfolio, with a focus on driving the value proposition.
    • Expert in visual storytelling: Demonstrated ability to create visually stunning  presentations that deliver key messages with clarity and impact. Skilled in simplifying complex information into concise, compelling narratives, complemented by powerful visuals that resonate with and engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, GTM execution, or a similar role within technology or gaming industries.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft impactful communications for global and regional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies for physical and digital products, including accessory merchandising, demand generation, and asset management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, retail, PR, events, and other partner teams.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with gaming accessories, or related consumer technology products.
  • Knowledge of licensed partnerships and 3P product marketing.
  • Proficiency in logistics management and sample distribution.
  • Familiarity with cloud gaming technologies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.02 to $52.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
