We are seeking a motivated self-starter that can work in an extremely fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, with strong time management skills to ensure on time approval, setup and execution of promotions, while looking ahead to identify and account for any roadblocks.. They must quickly earn trust through performance and relationship building.

You will be responsible for:

  • Promotional calendar maintenance, communication and reporting to internal teams and external agencies
  • Global promotional entries across internal systems and tools
  • Documentation to educate internal stakeholders on marketing intake mechanisms
  • Partner with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure campaign setup and execution process consistency
  • Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication to global stakeholders to ensure clarity on content activities, status, goals, and results.
  • QA of marketing assets
  • Provide additional support across the marketing and sales team
  • Works well with partner teams and stakeholders to deliver assigned projects on time
  • Collaborates with creative teams to develop best-in-class marketing assets
  • High data entry roles with updating calendars and systems.  
  • Needs high attention to detail, if one aspect changes then figuring out what other aspects need to change.  
  • Need high bar execution and thinking through issues. Thinking about next steps when something changes or is updated.  
  • Being able to make a mental checklist.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred 
  • Years of experience: 1-2 years minimum of non-internship experience in a marketing role (can be marketing coordinator or specialist role) 
  • Software: Google and MS office suite.  
  • Skills: Experience with calendar management, data entry  
  • Demonstrated ability to think through issues and think about next steps.  
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and cross functional teams.  
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and communications.  

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.58 to $38.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
