As a Test manager you will get to work with world-class experts in automotive, closely collaborate with Systems, software, hardware, testing & validation teams, as well as facing customer (automotive OEMs) and suppliers as a general owner of all the program testing activities.
As a test manager your goal is to develop the project test strategy, lead the progress and secure the completion and reporting of testing.
Your role:
- Work as a Product Test Manager in a complex Autonomous Driving programs
- Coordinate testing efforts across all competencies to develop a comprehensive test plan covering all V-Model artifacts
- Conceptualize and oversee various types of V-Model compliant technical testing
- Define, implement, and oversee a product testing strategy compliant with ASPICE standards
- Report testing results to management and customers for quality assurance purposes
- Track, monitor, and report progress to ensure timely delivery of key project testing deliverables
- Create and/or review test products such as test plans, test cases, and test logs
- Analyze, track, and resolve issues arising during testing
- Actively participate in Bench Testing, Hardware-in-the-Loop, and Software-in-the-Loop Testing, as well as adapt the test environment as necessary
- Ability to travel to support customer and team meeting

Your background:
- Graduate of automatics and robotics engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or control engineering
- Background in ADAS / InCabin features
- Handling of safety standards (ISO 26262), ideally with experience in the corresponding development processes
- Background in Automotive Environments and Processes (Automotive SPICE)
- Very good English language skills
- ISTQB certification is an advantage
