In order to turn ideas into prototypes, demonstrations and finally into products, the candidate needs to have a strong hands-on spirit. You will be working with exciting new sensor technology of one of the leading automotive radar suppliers.

• Develop test strategies and plans for software development projects, outlining testing objectives, methodologies, and resource requirements to ensure comprehensive validation and verification of software deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scope, requirements, and success criteria, aligning testing activities with project timelines and milestones
• Execute test cases and procedures to validate and verify software functionality, performance, and reliability, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory specifications.
• Analyze test results and findings, identifying defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports, documenting testing activities, results, and outcomes for traceability, auditability, and knowledge transfer purposes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software issues, defects, and failures reported during testing activities, utilizing debugging tools, techniques, and methodologies to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and threats to software quality, reliability, and performance, and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize adverse effects.
• Manage testing activities and deliverables within software development projects, including resource allocation, task scheduling, progress tracking, and milestone reporting, to ensure timely and successful completion of testing objectives.
• Coordinate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and dependencies, and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

• Bachelor's(BE)
• 8-14 years of experience in Automotive Infotainment Systems testing
• SW Testing using Python and creating the Automated Test Design/Test cases
• Strong experience developing automation frameworks with python
• Experience in Creating the Automation Framework from Scratch/ High level architecture to combine different Automation framework as single one to increase the scalability and one Test Framework Approach
• Maintain and Enhance the Existing /Newly Developed framework on a Sprint Basis
• Integrate the Automated Test cases in CICD Nightly/Weekly Pipelines and come up with relevant needs and Dashboards to stake holders for detailed analysis
• Working knowledge in SQL
• Good Verbal & written Communication skills with business, scrum master & developers
• Ability to work both independently and on a wide variety of teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Manage inbound test requests, estimating time needed and working with other team members to set priorities.
