Your role:
Systems Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot system structures.
3 + years of professional software development experience. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related discipline.
Skills:
Oral and written English and Spanish communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiating ability to all managing levels. Ability to prepare English and Spanish communication through presentations. English 80% Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Teamwork.

General Functions
Leadership of programming team in India
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, test and maintain, application software and system management tools.
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
Any other work activity related to your position.
