Your Role
As a Supplier Management Lead you will be a member of a growing project team, working together with various stakeholders such as project or program managers, system or software architects or technical experts. You will be the interface to suppliers of embedded software from the early start of acquisition quotes until the launch of series production. In your daily job you will:

- Support the Acquisition leader during supplier sourcing and supplier monitoring phases per the Supplier Monitoring Process Definition
- Facilitate the creation of the RFQs & NDAs
- Facilitate the evaluation of supplier responses to the RFQ/supplier analysis
- Develop and maintain
o Supplier Monitoring Plan / RFQ Tracking Document
o Supplier Analysis Worksheet / Meeting Summary Reports
o Request For Quotes / Supplier Integration Process / Supplier Tracking Worksheet
o Supplier KPI Tracking Worksheet / PostMortem Report / Meeting Summary Reports
- Provide Supplier selection recommendation and work with SCM to support the sourcing of the suppliers
- Report and support risk management
- Escalate supplier sourcing issues
- Establish monitoring to ensure that the RFQ schedule and budget is met
- Formally accept/reject supplier deliveries
Your Background:
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- University Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or electrical engineering - or comparable qualification
- Expertise in SCRUM based agile engineering methodology and automotive software development (ASPICE)
- Profound expertise in supplier management process (ACQ.4)
- Expertise in software development
- Experience in ADAS or Autonomous Driving is a big plus
- Experience with problem solving and risk management techniques
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
