Quality Engineer
Position Summary
APTIV is looking for a Quality Engineer to provide the support required by the client in quality problems. Lead problem solving process. Direct customer service and assurance of the problem-solving and rapid response process at Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
Your Role
- Coordinate communication and customer protection activities
- Monitoring and carrying out audits by levels
- Coordinate and participate in Operational and Improvement Plans
- Monitoring Client system and updating the DPRTS and ensuring that the initial and final response is submitted according to Client Requirements
- Supervise the updating of the "Customer on-site Review Process" carry out monthly reviews/Identify and supervise and ensure the review of Customer manuals
- It has the authority to stop the process when it detects a risk to the integrity of people, machinery, equipment and/or the environment.
- Supervise Supplier Quality activities, Quality Engineering
- Coordinate activities related to the Quality area: Assembly, molding and Quality Engineering in order to provide support required by the client in quality problems. Lead problem solving process and implementation of new projects in the area.

Your Background
- Bachelor in manufacturing, industrial engineering or related.
- More than 1 year exp in Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality.
- Knowledge of customer requirements
- Use and management of component specifications
- Know the manufacturing process and basics of the service areas
- Troubleshooting / 8D format / APPS
- Leadership to guide auditors in quality systems
- Knowledge of the EOS system (quality standards)
