IT Data Analytics is a diverse DataOps team of technology enthusiasts enabling our global business. Aptiv has embarked on a Data strategy that focuses on establishing a strong technology team, enterprise data management & cloud-based business solutions. Our team is charged with catalyzing value creation in the most critical areas of Aptiv's value chain, touching our business by understanding customer demand, manufacturing implications, and our supply base.

As a Data Architect, you will participate in design, development and implement a cost-effective, scalable secured ingestion framework, and enterprise data model to enable Insights & Foresights via self-service.

• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders of all levels to architect, implement, and test Big Data analytical solutions from diverse sources.
• Develop and implement a data governance framework that aligns with infrastructure and security standards while addressing regional and country-specific data privacy requirements.
• Be proficient in data ingestion, transformation, and modeling to ensure high data quality and minimize redundancy
• Exhibit thought leadership in designing scalable, reusable, futuristic, and high-performance DATAOPS solutions.
• Manage multiple vendors and business stakeholders effectively.
• Establish, maintain, and adhere to Enterprise Data Standards and Policies.
• Experience in leading and guiding global teams
• Follow best practices for standard naming conventions and coding.
• Coordinate with functional and technical leads to prioritize technology initiatives that support analytics.

• Bachelor of Science degree and/or master's in software engineering / Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
• 10 + yrs. of experience using various development methodologies to deliver robust IaaS, SaaS and PaaS-based analytics solutions.
• Proven expertise on Google Cloud Platform: BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataplex, Looker, Cloud data fusion, Data Catalog, Dataflow, Cloud composer, Analytics Hub, Pub/Sub, Dataprep, Cloud Bigtable, Cloud SQL, Cloud IAM, Google Kubernetes engine, AutoML.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, Hadoop platforms.
• Have a hands on understanding of Large Language Models (LLM)
• Good working knowledge on Qlik replicate for SAP to Bigquery connections with various load patterns
• Possess basic knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including ECC and S4HANA
• Object Oriented Programing skills using either Python or any programming language.
• ETL/ELT Framework design and implementation.
• Extensive experience with technical troubleshooting, log analysis and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of trends, new concepts, industry standards and new technologies in Data and Analytics space
• Experience with Informatica, Alteryx, Qlik and Tableau platform maintenance.
