Your Role:
- Design and implement advanced AUTOSAR-compliant software architectures for automotive embedded systems

- Lead architecture development from concept to deployment, ensuring compliance with automotive standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, modular solutions meeting project requirements
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability while adhering to industry standards
- Mentor team members on architectural best practices and development methodologies
- Support customer engagements with innovative technical solutions and expertise
- Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and automotive cybersecurity requirements
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development with focus on architecture
- Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture, RTOS, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Expertise in Embedded C/C++ programming and microcontroller platforms
- Experience with automotive operating systems (Embedded Linux, QNX, or VxWorks)
- Familiarity with testing tools like Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, and Renesas hardware
- Solid understanding of functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with architecture modeling tools (Enterprise Architect, Polarion)
- Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity principles and implementation
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Leadership experience and proven mentoring skills
- Experience with workflow automation and tool integration
