Your Role
- Design and implement advanced software architectures for automotive embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, modular, and efficient solutions that meet project requirements.

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment.
- Act as a technical mentor and guide team members on best practices and development methodologies.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of software systems.
- Support customer engagements by addressing technical requirements and delivering innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity guidelines.
Must-Haves
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, with a focus on architecture.
- Expertise in Embedded C/C++, microcontroller platforms, and operating systems like Embedded Linux, QNX, or VxWorks.
- Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR, RTOS, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Familiarity with testing and debugging tools such as Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, and Renesas hardware.
- A solid understanding of functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with architecture tools like Enterprise Architect or Polarion.
- Knowledge of advanced cybersecurity principles for automotive systems.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with prior experience mentoring team members.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and tool integration to improve productivity.
