Product Owner - ADAS
Job Overview:

seeking an experienced and innovative Product Owner to lead the development of our Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive technology, software development, and AI/ML/Robotics, coupled with a strong ability for customer engagement and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and demonstrations.

Role:
• Define and manage the vision and roadmap for our ADAS product line, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Coordinate and execute complex, high-stakes product demonstrations to stakeholders and customers, showcasing the capabilities and value of our ADAS technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to support development, execution, and delivery of AI/ML driven ADAS features that meet customer needs and comply with industry regulations.
• Analyze market research and competitive intelligence to guide product decisions and establish priorities.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on product performance, leveraging data to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date of technological and regulatory developments in the automotive and ADAS fields.

Required Qualifications:
• Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry, specifically with ADAS or related technologies.
• Deep understanding of ADAS technologies and their application at an in-depth technical level.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycle stages, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Fluent in English.
