Your Role
- Reporting to Vice President, Global Data Privacy and Protection, within the Global Legal and Compliance department
- Lead strategic and innovative compliance projects within Global Data Privacy and Protection, and GLC
- Drive change and maturity in Global Data Privacy and Protection program, policies and processes
- Provide senior management guidance on privacy and data protection, ensuring continued compliance with regulations, industry standards and best practices
- Maintain subject matter expertise in existing and new Data Privacy and Protection regulation
- Deliver Privacy Program, including management of global operations, policies and processes

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Privacy and Protection, including Privacy Program Management.
- Qualifications in Data Privacy and Protection, such as CIPP/E, required.
- Degree educated; Law, IT, Business Degree preferred.
- Experience in program and project management, including: policy and process development; policy/documentation management; operations and service delivery/kpi's; regulatory change management.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and program management mindset, ability to prioritise effectively, and collaborative partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Strong sense of functional and process ownership.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Excellence in communication skills, judgment, character, and professional integrity.
