Join us as global technical leader within the AI CTO team and AI/ML Solution Architect for the UX product portfolio.
Your role:
- You will be responsible for UX and product definition for multiple AI applications and AI based systems in the UX, Cockpit and interior sensing product portfolio.
- Managing early customer engagements, innovation projects and pursuits activities#
- Definition of the AI solution portfolio, roadmap and business case development across internal use cases and as well as the Cockpit and Interior sensing AI product portfolio.
- Leading an AI innovation team and collaborate with cross functional teams to develop innovative AI technology for early customer engagements.
- Streamline multiple internal projects and competencies, manage stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.

Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information systems or a related field
- State of the art AI, Machine learning and software engineering experience (GenAI, LLM, Transformers, Deep learning)
- Strong team leadership, global cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience in go to market strategy and business models for AI or SW solutions.
- User experience and product design mindset
- Experience with technical customer engagements and pursuit activities.
- Technical understanding of complex Systems and Solutions
- Willingness' to travel and support customers and internal pursuit teams globally.
