We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and business oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance Team. To be successful in the role, you are self-driven, have an eye for details, while at the same time keep in mind the bigger picture and challenging status quo. In this role you will manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow (CF) for designated customers in close cooperation with multiple teams such as Sales, Business, Project and Finance.
Your Role
• Serve as the primary contact for specific customers (OEMs) regarding all financial matters.
• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow (CF) for designated customers and projects.
• Coordinate the analysis and development of consolidated financials for specific customers and projects.

• Prepare monthly reports with actual, forecast, and budget data, including key KPIs that drive the business.
• Prepare, analyze and summarize business cases for financial pursuits to be presented to our management during approval meetings.
• Collaborate with various departments to define cost optimization and action plan recovery.
• Work with the FP&A team to support actuals, forecast, and budget activities related to P&L and CF, with a focus on pricing and engineering.
• Analyze the accuracy and validity of project financials in collaboration with various departments.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to project teams to achieve key performance metrics.
• Review quote documentation with the technical accounting group to ensure it meets all accounting requirements and business needs.
• Develop ad-hoc reports using Excel and other financial systems to better analyze the business.
• Perform other duties or tasks as required. Note that these additional tasks will depend on business needs and could be intensive and time-consuming.
Your Background
• Proven experience in financial management and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
