Your Role
We are looking for Scrum Master to coordinate the design and development of the next generation of interior sensing technology enhancing the safety and comfort of the vehicle cabin. Aptiv's interior sensing includes features such as seat occupancy monitoring, seat belt usage detection, gesture recognition, and driver monitoring system (DMS). DMS is a rapidly growing area which plays a critical role in the prevention of road accidents caused by driver drowsiness or distraction.

As a Scrum Master in our team you will facilitate the software development process for driver monitoring features by:
- Working within a global team to ensure the software tasks are aligned with delivery requirements
- Ensuring the team's work is organized and tracked with Jira tasks and reports
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Big Room Planning and sprint demos
- Removing or guiding the team to remove impediments
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience playing the scrum master role for a team that has been diligently applying agile principles
- Experience with Jira or similar agile planning tools for a development team
- Very good communication skills in English in written and spoken form
Additional points for:
- 2-3 years of experience in embedded C/C++ programming
- Automotive software experience, including ASPICE process knowledge
- Knowledge of functional safety methodologies (ISO26262)
- 3+ years experience as a scrum master
