Your Role:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to forecast sales targets, track progress, and adjust forecasts based on market conditions and business goals.
- Assist in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and operational plans to support sales strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and scalability in sales operations.
- Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and current sales data.
- Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Provide support to sales teams on CRM usage, data analysis tools, and reporting systems.
- Assist in training sales personnel on new processes, tools, and systems to enhance their effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations on market insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Create special sales orders for multiple Customers in SAP per request and according to the defined process
- Update and follow up spot orders tracker
- Consolidate aftersales contractual data, maintain and update information regularly under the scope EDS Business Unit in EMEA Region
- Analyze collection and analysis for Aftersales obligation
- Support Commercial Account activities in SAP
- Support and harmonize activities between Central Commercial Competence Center (CCC) and Customer Service Centers (CSC) in regards Customer specificities
- Participate in the monitoring and comply with KPIs in different processes (closed orders and aftersales related)

Your Background:
- Must have a bachelor's degree or have attended a bachelor's program (completion not required)
- 1-3 years' experience in business admin support or similar roles
- Intermediate IT skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite of programs particularly MS Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
- SAP and BI tools experience desired
- Advanced English Level
