Job Summary
This customer-facing role is responsible for coordinating and following up on all the activities concerning quoting engineering changes and accounts receivables, preparing new business quote price breakdowns, supporting the Account Manager in spinning CNs, and preparing and justifying price information to the customer. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with large amounts of Excel and system data, and the ability to work cross-functionally to prepare customer-required information. The vacancy will be in MTC in Juarez, MX, and will report to the sales manager in Michigan.
Your Role:
- Develop, Analyze, and prepare engineering change quotations and supporting documentation to improve OI and meet customer turnaround time targets
- Business Pursuit Support (Flow 3), Support Sales Manager and Account Managers in preparing new business RFQ responses
- Support of material cost reduction initiatives to ensure initiative improves operating margins
- Maintain and update component price files to ensure consistency in quoting engineering changes and new business
- Analyze tooling and other investment cost to ensure accuracy
- Support Account Managers in resolving past dues to meet internal cash collection targets
- Support customer team in quoting new business and in Engineering Change Management (ECM System)
- Support the customer team in responding to various customer-driven initiatives

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- High level of English proficiency.
- 3 + years of experience in sales, finance, or engineering.
- Proficiency with Excel (data tables, pivot tables, V look UP) and PowerPoint
- Experience with engineering changes and manufacturing product releases.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Finance and Purchasing
- Strong organizational skills.
- Understanding of Business case development for new RFQs
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions, and solve problems independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
