Release Manager
This role requires long term travelling and assignment in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)

Your Role:
- Lead customer specific integration onsite (Riyadh) and responsible for Aptiv's deliverables including hardware, software, packaging, and validation
- Track and assess project delivery targets, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Serve as the technical interface to customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring alignment with deliverables.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of stakeholder outputs and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Aptiv's global development teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless communication.
- Planning and coordination of the activities which are necessary for each release
- Align Release schedule internally and externally
- Provide input to the System Software Development Plan to define the release strategy
- Is the voice to the stakeholders (customer, suppliers, internal stakeholders) in terms of all release relevant topics•
- Verify and Approve Test Reports
- Implement project governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program deliverables.

Your Background:
- Education B.E/B.TECH/M.E/M.Tech with 8 years experience
- Experience in Project management
- Communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Jira ticketing tool
- Flexibility and ability to work in ambiguity
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally.
- Instill Trust: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate reliability.
Results-Driven: Ensure successful project outcomes within defined parameters. - Knowledge of Project Management Frameworks: Familiarity with both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Agile Framework: Experience in configuration, change, problem, and incident management.
