We are looking for a Release Manager with the strong communication skills to support the best-in-class Infotainment systems development. You will take a crucial role in the product development lifecycle taking the ownership of the release planning and customer delivery.
Your Role
- Own the software delivery process to the customer, in particular:
- Delivery planning (maintaining the plan, preparation of information for
the customer, coordination with subcontractors)
- Preparation of the scope of delivery in cooperation with PO, Software

- Verification of the scope of delivery at the functionality level (Features)
and bug fixing (Problems)
- SW delivery to the customer and preparation of documentation related
to releases
- Coordination/preparation of SW deliveries to the factory
- Preparation of the manufacturing releases
- Support of the manufacturing tests
- Cooperation with the CI team in the scope of
- Branch planning, strategy, changes in pipelines
- SW Freezes
- Cooperation, planning and coordination in the scope of:
- System tests (SYS4,5)
- Software tests (SWE5,6)
- Other: SW building in Jenkin, quality reporting, monitoring changes at the level GIT/Gerrit,
Your Role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related equivalent
- Solid experience in software development or Software Release Management
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Git/Gerrit, jFrog, Polarion - nice to have
- Good understanding of challenges in deploying embedded software - nice to have
- Experience in the automated configuration management processes and procedures (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Experience or knowledge in the following areas would be advantageous: Infotainment system, tools and methods for software quality assurance
- Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Communication skills at the project management level, good work time organization, resistance to stress and working at non-standard hours
- Proven experience in at least 2 of Polarion, Confluence, Coverity, PlasticSCM, GIT, GERRIT, Jira, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Artifactory, Model based development tools or automated test tools
