Major Accountabilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans for product releases, aligning them with business objectives, market requirements, and customer needs.
Lead the design and development of product system architectures, considering functional requirements, technical constraints, and industry standards.
Ensure that the product architecture is scalable, modular, and robust, facilitating future enhancements and adaptations to changing market needs.
Conduct FMEA sessions to identify potential failure modes, their causes, and their effects on product performance and safety.
Oversee the integration of individual system components and modules into the overall product architecture, ensuring compatibility, interoperability, and seamless functionality.

Define and implement diagnostic strategies and capabilities to enable effective troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automotive systems and components.
Implement initiatives, tools, and methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity across the release lifecycle.
Authorities
Define release plans, schedules, and milestones based on strategic priorities, market demands, and resource availability.
Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product releases.
Make decisions regarding product feature prioritization, scope changes, and release content in alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Establish quality standards, metrics, and KPIs for product releases, and monitor performance against these benchmarks to drive continuous improvement.
Represent the product release function in interactions with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (mechatronics or electronic )
- At least 4+ years of work experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Automotive SPICE
- Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
- Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge
- Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively manage several projects at once
- Strong soft skills: skilled networking creation, influencing skills, constantly learning, positive and ownership profile
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Automotive, aeroespecial Industry or Consumer Electronics
- IATF:16949
- Background of Software Engineering
