Major Accountabilities:
- Support release manager in the execution of strategic plans for product releases, aligning them with business objectives, market requirements, and customer needs.
- Align Release schedule internally and externally
- Is responsible that the needed documentation of a release is created
- Is the voice to the customer / stakeholder in terms of all release and testing relevant topics
- Verify and Approve Test Reports
Authorities:
- Execute release plans, schedules, and milestones based on strategic priorities, market demands, and resource availability.
- Collaborate with Release Manager to make decisions regarding product feature prioritization, scope changes, and release content in alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Monitor performance against quality standards, metrics, and KPIs for product releases, then identify opportunity areas to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the product release function in interactions with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, system or related field of study)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Consumer Electronics or Automotive Industry
- Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
- Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge
- Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively manage several projects at once
- Strong soft skills: skilled networking creation, influencing skills, constantly learning, positive and ownership profile
