Major Accountabilities:

  • Support release manager in the execution of strategic plans for product releases, aligning them with business objectives, market requirements, and customer needs.


  • Align Release schedule internally and externally


  • Is responsible that the needed documentation of a release is created


  • Is the voice to the customer / stakeholder in terms of all release and testing relevant topics


  • Verify and Approve Test Reports

Authorities:

  • Execute release plans, schedules, and milestones based on strategic priorities, market demands, and resource availability.


  • Collaborate with Release Manager to make decisions regarding product feature prioritization, scope changes, and release content in alignment with business goals and customer expectations.


  • Monitor performance against quality standards, metrics, and KPIs for product releases, then identify opportunity areas to drive continuous improvement.


  • Represent the product release function in interactions with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, system or related field of study)


  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Consumer Electronics or Automotive Industry


  • Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing


  • Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge


  • Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity


  • Ability to effectively manage several projects at once


  • Strong soft skills: skilled networking creation, influencing skills, constantly learning, positive and ownership profile
