Your Role:
- Perform audits (product and process) according to procedures;
- Develop laboratory tests to ensure compliance of the Raw Material and Product in accordance with current procedures;
- Establish, together with the audited area, action plans when non-conformities are detected, as well as the validation of their effectiveness;
- Prevent and react to Quality problems;
- Analyze and propose solutions to quality problems and eliminate their origin, proposing corrective measures and disseminating them;
- Ensure that the traceability and segregation of suspect/non-compliant products is carried out systematically;
- Ensure that the flow of communication on matters relevant to the organization's activity is effective with all interfaces;
- Ensure correct waste segregation;
- Ensure compliance with standards/procedures related to the Environment, Health and Safety;

Your Background:
- High School (lower education may be accepted if internal/external experience is demonstrated in tasks relevant to the role);
- Good Verbal and Written English Knowledge;
- Experience in wiring production (preferable);
- Availability to work weekly rotating shifts;
- Experience in plastic extrusion equipment (preferable);
- Results Orientation;
- Planning, organization and management capacity;
- Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills.
