Your Role :

• Perform product, process controls and audits according to control instructions and quality status of the production area in order to detect and prevent quality incidents.
• Ensure that Quality procedures, process control and control plans are applied on the shop floor;
• Identify nonconforming product, segregate and ensure product quality after rework.
• Keep technical drawings and other controlled copy documents updated, clean, reachable and usable.
• Make sure engineering changes are properly implemented to the product by controlling first product after the implementation.
• Follow proper implementation of deviations and make sure deviations are not expired.
• Perform surveillance routines, keep the records, inform organization regarding the findings.
• Be part of customer complaints communication with the production teams
• Ensure the inspection of materials entering the Plant:

• Execute the control plan for each of the materials in SAP/or in proper form;
• Treat nonconforming products;
• Make complaints / rejections of materials out of specification;
• Follow up on their complaints;
• Record inspections and their results.

• High School (or equivalent);
• Knowledge of English (spoken and written), Statistics and Quality;
• Organizational capacity and resilience;
• One Team spirit.
