Today, our mission is to shape the world with a significantly reduced number of road accidents, fatalities and injuries. We are searching for candidate to join us as our new Purchasing Program Manager.
Your Role:
- Lead a team of Program Line Purchasing Leaders
- Report out and lead presentations to top leadership
- Drive accountability and ownership of PLPLs
- Lead Supplier selection including the RFQ process, supplier evaluation and communication as well as keyparticipation in sourcing decisions
- Manage global procurement activities for the Global Product Line across all customer projects
- worldwide
- Responsible for the change management process for Procurement as well as project planning
- Represent the SCM team when working across the functions (Sales, Engineering etc.) and lead technical supplier discussions
- Act as the central interface between the Global Product Line and central SCM team (material field related purchasing, quality functions)
- Lead and represent SCM in global reviews with the Senior Management Team
- Deliver committed material performance for projects globally
- Support the business in research and use of new technology suppliers
- Manage global SCM financial Risk& Opportunity Tracker

Your Background:
- Education: degree (Bachelor or higher) in industrial, electrical/mechanical engineering
- Experience and Knowledge: Management experience in Purchasing or Engineering
- Languages: fluent in English
- Knowledge of the Semiconductor market, key suppliers, products and trends
- Proven ability to get results in challenging environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate at
senior leadership levels
