The PTP Team Leader coordinates of Purchase to Payables activities for the PTP subprocesses and countries in scope - direct supervision and leadership of GBS KRK own team.

This position is responsible for the end to end regular reviews of PTP process metrics for their teams. The role is focused on service performance setting priorities for their teams to follow business expectations, control the critical processes, maintain/establish the relation with business stakeholders securing ongoing and transparent communication.

The PTP Team Leader will perform within the Aptiv values and culture. Your Role

  • Management of AP team members delivering services to APTIV sites in EMEA Region
  • Manage day to day activities and month-end/year-end closing activities
  • Leading team to achieve SLA/KPIs through daily monitoring - ensure all metrics and targets are maintained
  • Participating in transition activities and cooperation with project management team on projects related and implemented for subprocesses/countries supported
  • Maintain and develop relationships with relevant suppliers and close cooperation with Site Finance and other Aptiv Functions
  • Provide timely support to auditors, work with Global Process Leaders to define Management Action Plans
  • Work with BPO partner to provide support for process improvement initiatives, to improve efficiency including automation initiatives
  • Drive LEAN thinking to eliminate process waste
  • Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
  • Identifying talents, planning adequate career paths and development strategy; participation in recruitment process

Your Background

  • Min 4 years' experience in PTP processes in a multicultural environment
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling functionality (Concur Travel & Expense will be a plus)
  • Experience in leading PTP team (Accounts Payable) teams preferably in a BPO/SSC environment
  • Very good command of English language, other languages (preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levels
  • University Graduate - Education in Accounting, Finance or Economy (preferred)
  • Very good organization and delegation skills
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative, decision making
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools
