Job description:
- Coordinate major projects to assure timing, cost and quality requirements are achieved. Projects are assigned by the Executive Steering Team. Has authority to take any appropriate action to ensure timing and cost control of new product programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinator of projects to assure timing, cost and quality requirements are achieved.
- Guarantor of safe work environment (EOS Manual)
- Complying with norms ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50000
- Assure the establishment of program timing charts.
- Plan and implement program kick-off and review meetings.
- Coordinate transfers of projects from other plants
- Manage progress of programs and identify roadblocks while elevating, evaluating and assuring a solution.
- Must coordinate efforts of all departments involved in a program to resolve obstacles.
- Reports to the Regional MVL
- Executive Steering Team the status of all major programs
- Plan and implement program kick-off and review meetings.
- Approve internal timings to meet customer milestones
- Take any appropriate action to ensure timing and cost control of programs
- Coordinate transfers
- Stop and report all activity/decision that compromises the health and security of workers and environmental contamination.

Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in program management
- Bachelors degree Industrial Engineering (preferably)
- Knowledge in problem solving
- MS Project
- Available to travel
