We are looking for a Project Change Manager with strong skills on managing change requests. For our client, a leading OEM we will be working together on customizing the latest MIB4 (Infotainment) product.
Your role:
- Project management, in particular all project-specific planning and tracking activities
- Lead the Change Management System for MIB4 - tracks Change Requests and works with the team to provide adequate quote responses
- Prepares Quote Review documents and supports approval process
- Prepares ticket overview and ramp down plan and prepares presentation for Management and Customer reviews
- Monitor and improve PDP process metrics
- Maintain project schedules as well as ensure smooth flow of development projects
- Coordination and proactive management of launch readiness events and launch readiness reviews
- Risk Management
- Represent the company in connection with the respective projects in coordination with the Project manager.
- Support of the launch center activities

Your background:
- Degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering) or comparable training
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry
- High social competence and good language skills (both written and spoken) in Polish and English language
