Your Role:

  • Strategic advisory and thought partnering with the MD, providing relevant research, guidance and insights as required for critical decision making
  • Overseeing and managing the MD's and their organization's key priorities as Program manager, ensuring timely execution of critical programs, projects & activities.
  • Acting as a liaison between the MD and other executives, clients, stakeholders
  • Guiding and supporting department heads to enhance overall project and team efficiencies, resolving roadblocks where required.
  • Setting team goals and KPIs , with timely tracking and metrics established for the organization
  • Create, manage & oversee communications from the MD's desk not limited to presentation decks, emails, organization announcements

Your Background:

  • MBA from Tier1/Tier 2 Institutes
  • 8+ years spent in Software, Engineering or R&D organizations performing breadth of technical and managerial roles
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Program Management (Technical And/OR non Technical)
  • Preferred previous experience of working in Business Operations roles and/OR Program management roles
  • Experience working and supporting senior executives on strategic execution priorities
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the MD's vision and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Financial & Business Acumen: Understanding of P&L, Costing, Budgets, project manpower planning and general management principles is a plus.
