The Program Manager that we are searching for will work for German customers.
Your role
- Be the Program life cycle owner from Quote to the end of Production by bringing strategy and holistic approach
- Be responsible for achieving flawless launches - full ownership to deliver end to end programs on time, with high quality
- ownership over program duties, program management procedures and playbook for: planning/timing, controlling, reporting and escalation (internal & customer), organization/staffing, process compliance, change&risk management and KPIs
- accountable of profitability achievement for their assigned programs, profit management
- act like an owner in daily execution
- Be responsible for complex product for German customers
- communication with German customers (understanding customer technology roadmap and building relationships - being a "Voice of the Customer")

- support new business development activities (initial Project Plan, risk assessment and change points activities for new quotes)
- lead, manage, coach and develop the team of direct reports (Project Managers)
- join HR activities
- support relevant assessments and audits and also drives process adherence, especially ASPICE MAN3/5 Compliance, IATF/ISO 16949, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity for German customers.
Your background:
- Bachelor or Master degree in economical, business management or engineering filed
- professional experience in an automotive company
- Experience in electronics or software product development
- Proven records of successful Customer front-end & project experience
- Project Management experience incl. Certifications (e.g. PMI, Prince2, Agile)
- experience in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, as well as coaching and mentoring skills
- Very good negotiations skills in order to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances. Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Advanced ability to manage finances of projects' portfolio and manifesting accountability for the overall results
- Ability to approach the challenges and making the decision with sense of urgency
- Fluent English, Fluent German (nice to have)
- willing to travel frequently
