Your role:
- In the global radar platform development you will work on innovative mechatronic driver assistance systems for autonomous driving vehicles and support all product development tasks with your broad technical knowledge, taking into account APTIV standards and processes
- You will work in an interdisciplinary manner with the various platform development teams, in particular you will coordinate closely with the Systems Architecture Team
- You analyze, evaluate and define the future Radar platform products
- You develop ideas for optimal implementation, which you present to the platform managers and the various customer teams
- You define your technical solutions as requirements and coordinate them with our internal experts
- You plan all system-relevant tasks for all development stages, taking agile working methods into account
- In all tasks, you will work in a creative, multinational and interdisciplinary environment

Your background:
- You have successfully completed a university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, physics or similar
- In addition, you have several years of experience in the development of electrical control units or in system development and ideally have 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- You have good knowledge in the field of driver assistance systems, especially radar technology
- You have in-depth knowledge of vehicle bus systems (e.g. Ethernet and CAN bus) and experience in using the corresponding development tools
- You are adept at using your excellent knowledge of requirements management with requirements management software such as Polarion
- You have experience in agile product development planning with the help of JIRA
- You have knowledge of Automotive SPICE, functional safety (ISO 26262) and ideally knowledge of cyber security (ISO21434)
- You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) and are willing to travel and have a valid class B driving license
- Your profile is rounded off by a strong team and customer orientation as well as a high degree of flexibility, commitment and initiative
