Plant Manager
The plant manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the locality in order to meet the business objectives, as well as ensuring that the objectives are achieved in a cost-effective manner. It should seek to improve efficiency and quality, promoting teamwork, training and staff development. Maximize the use of resources (raw material, machinery, labor) of the plant to obtain maximum productivity and efficiency. Deliver products of the highest quality in the time requested by the client.
Your Role
- Improve operating systems, processes and policies in support of the mission of organizations, specifically, support better management
- Reports, management and information flow, business, business processes and organizational planning
- Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance) through improvements in each function.
- Plays an important role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
- Oversee global financial management, planning systems and controls
- Management of the budget agency in coordination with the Executive Director.
- Development of individual program budgets
- Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
- Manage the budget in order to obtain the expected results in the financial part
- Performs the strategic planning necessary to meet the expected financial objectives
- Directs and supports the APU Managers to achieve the results to which they have committed in production
- Analyzes the production results and rethinks the strategy to comply with the proposed metrics
- Defines the amount of personnel that must be had at all times to meet the client's requirements to operate in optimal conditions
- Ensures that staff are managed according to the strategy and strategies for retention and personal development are generated

- Ensures compliance with plant safety protocols so there are no accident
- Verify that each area complies with the quality metrics, so as not to have customer complaints
- Participate in the management review and compliance with applicable corporate and legal requirements
Your Background
- Education: Engineering career degree, postgraduate Preferred
- Required Experience: 3 years in a similar position in the automotive industry
- Assembly processes, quality, manufacturing, engineering
- Autonomous Work
- Knowledge of EHS procedures, IATF 16949, Iso 45001, CTPAT training.
- Bilingual (Advanced English)
