Plant Controller
Position Summary
Responsible of planning and managing plant financial resources, providing decision-making information to guarantee and optimize financial performance and competitiveness, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the site's financial information in accordance with group and division policies.
Your Role
- Financial analysis, planning and reporting (Month result, Weekly Financial Flash, Monthly Forecast, Budget).
- Responsible for complete costing process.
- KPIs development, monitoring, and control.
- Operational and financial internal controls, development, monitoring, and control.
- Investment projects process control - CAPEX.
- Coordinate & supervise Month end Close Process.
- Responsible of the technical development plan career of people on his charge

Your Background
- Bachelor's in accounting, finance or similar area.
- More than 5 years of experience in the position
- English Advanced level
- Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes.
- Budgeting & forecasting process.
- Cost accounting and costing process.
- Internal Control (Financial and operational).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis.
