Your role:
As a planner you will be called to analyze the customer's programs in collaboration with the internal stakeholders in order to carry out the programming of production orders under optimal conditions of deadlines, quality and service. The planner will be also responsible for preventing and assuring the potential risks/issues that could appear once the finish good is shipped to the customer while Maintaining a good and profitable relationship with internal departments (quality, sales team)

- Reach inventory level / value target Reduce actual obsoletes risk avoid future obsoletes
- Avoid Premium Freight while Reviewing / improving scheduling process
- Improve/fix agreement with Customer in problematic/urgent situation
- Reach the Customer service level expected while managing and maintaining a good and profitable contact with the Customer
- Analyze, in real time, the Customer demands, discuss and manage the variation
- Establish the stock level, maintain and manage/monitor it daily
- Manage and monitor the shipments to Customer in according to their requests as well as the return from Customer
- Manage premium freight (establish the real need, the responsibility, best time and cost, give detailed documentation to the PF Coordinator showing the root cause and, in the required time, the action plan
- Manage and monitor Obsolescence and eventual obsoletes risk (DOH analysis - responsibility - scheduling analysis - absorption - valuation - reworking - etc.)
- Manage and maintain a good and profitable contact with the Suppliers
- Analyze variation on supplier scheduling, give the information in time, discuss and manage it
- Monitor the production capacity of the Supplier, the shipments from the Supplier and the supplier service level.
Your Background :
- Diploma or degree in logistics, Business administration or related field with 3 to 4 years of experience in a logistics role preferably in an industrial environment.
- Passion for Excellence with a good approach in building relationship & partnership with the internal & external stakeholders
- Interpersonal Effectiveness with an open mindset combined maturity
- ability to solving problems analytically, creatively and collaboratively
- Lead with confidence - thought leaders who empower those around them
- Outstanding verbal and written skills in English
