The OTC Team leader coordinates Billing and Credit Limit activities focusing on end-to-end results of whole OTC process.

The OTC Team Leader will perform within the Aptiv values and culture. Your Role

• Manage Aptiv EMEA OTC Team focusing on Billing and Credit Limit processes, driving best possible results according to the key metrics and objectives of the Order to Cash department.

• Verification of the quality of processes performed by OTC team according to SOX controls, defining internal controls to ensure high quality of service.

• Managing, motivating, and solving everyday problems through monitoring, coaching, inspiring employees to grow, being proactive, acting as a role example for team members.

• Effective planning and organization of teams work, workload.

• Ensure the right number of employees assigned to given tasks, adapt their skills to the tasks they perform; Implementation of backup structure in the team, ensure the proper flow of knowledge, full SOP structure covering all processes and training plan so that the team is able to perform the assigned tasks

• Concentrate on the development and career path of your employees, Conduct an annual yearly assessment of employees. Ensure progress, goals are reviewed systematically.

• Establish regular team meetings and individual meetings with team members by defining their time, place, and agenda.

• Leading team to achieve SLA/KPIs through daily monitoring - ensure all metrics and targets are maintained.

• Play a key role in the process of standardizing processes, lead change management initiatives, increasing team efficiency and productivity through standardization, automating projects using LEAN.

• Executing other supervisor commands not included in the job description and resulting from the function performed

• Shaping a work environment based on trust, open communication, creative thinking, and teamwork.

Your Background

• 5+years Professional experience in OTC processes in GBS environment

• Experience in people management.

• University Graduate - Education in Accounting, Finance or Economy (preferred)

• Very good knowledge and understanding of OTC E2E Process, focusing on Billing and Credit Limit

• SAP Finance knowledge

• Communicative Business level English

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point...)

• Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders.

• Very good organization of work and ability to delegate tasks.

• Strategic thinking proactivity, ability to initiate change and make decisions.
