As an OTC Senior Analyst, your daily work will be related to:

Your role

• Perform all aspects of collections regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio, including:
  • Resolving customer financial queries
  • Managing overdue payments through Collections Workflow tools
  • Contact with customers via phone, email etc.
  • Receive and resolve discrepancies (Qty, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc)
  • Prepare and dispatch dunning letters/statements
  • Assisting in matching payments received
• Preparing required reports on time - e.g. Past Due report, Forecast, Special invoices and other reports and analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Creating, updating and reviewing desktop procedures
• Escalation and follow up on issues through Collections Workflow tools (Dispute Management tool)
• Ensure Key Metric's are met and service is delivered to end users Functions
• Communication and co-operation with other Aptiv's departments
• Participation/ Leading in organized conference calls
• Providing required information and documentation for external and internal audit
• Coordinator between auditors and other departments in order to provide requested information
• Providing support to AR Team Leader and team members for activities as required
• Helping other team members in solving problems, guiding them and train
• Proactive approach
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• University degree in Finance
• At least 3 years work experience in AR area
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Very good English (another language will be an asset)
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
