- Ensure customer requirements are well defined and documented;
2. Lead APQP activities;
3. Ensure PFD, PEMEA, Control Plans, inspection checklist prepared correctly;
4. Conduct PPAP prepared & Run @ Rate activities followed up as required;
5. Follow up for Capability Studies, Measurement System Analysis;
6. Responsible for GP-12 Activities which are followed up as required;
7. In charge of customer complaints by cooperating with customer satisfaction engineer (CQE) and internal functions to analyze defects, provide corrective actions, execute preventive actions and submit 3D/8D on time;
8. Edit and update WI, control plan, Quality Alert, checklist & Lessons Learn;
9. Work with PE/MFG/ME to improve product quality and other quality related services, follow up and validate corrective actions.

10. Be responsible for product quality to meet or exceed the customer requirement;
11. Conduct regular internal quality audits to ensure conformance to DBS/EOS, International Quality Standards such as ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 and other customer requirements;
