Develop targeting email marketing campaigns/landing pages/forms, create effective workflows in Marketo, and utilize segmentations to enhance customer engagement.
Your Role:
- Design and deliver Marketo email workflows. Build and deploy automated email workflows and drip campaigns, including welcome series, nurture campaigns, and events sequences
- Segment audience accurately, keeping a clean customer database
- Assets and campaign creation, including invitations, reminders, follow-up emails, landing pages and registration forms
- Collaborate with the Digital Analytics, CRM and other operations teams to maintain email marketing databases, troubleshoot technical issues, and integrate data across platforms.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced English level
- Proven email marketing expertise: experience with Marketo, Eloqua, MailChimp, Salesforce, or some other marketing automation platform, specifically setting up workflows, automation, and conducting audience segmentation.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Solid time-management skills and project-management experience desired.
